Join Window World of Rhode Island as a Production Manager and lead our dedicated team in delivering top-quality window, door, siding, and roofing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive production efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage and train production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material availability.
- Analyze production metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Communicate with management regarding production status and challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in production.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in management or related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
